2. Services Offered

We provide the following paid advertising and publishing services to businesses and individuals:

• Website banner advertisements on our digital platforms
• Social media promotional posts on our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter/X pages
• Sponsored articles and editorial content published on our websites
• Business directory listings on Tattamangalam.com and Keralaclick.com
• Combined packages covering multiple platforms

3. Advertiser Eligibility and Conduct

By booking with us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract under Indian law
• Your business, product, or service is legal under Indian law and applicable Kerala state laws
• The ad content you provide is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions for all content (text, images, logos) submitted for publication

We reserve the right to reject any advertisement that we deem inappropriate, illegal, misleading, or contrary to our editorial standards, without liability or refund obligation.

4. Prohibited Content

The following categories of advertisement are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal goods or services under Indian law
• Pornographic, adult, or sexually suggestive content
• Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against any community
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims about products or services
• Tobacco, alcohol, or gambling advertisements without appropriate regulatory approvals
• Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes
• Political advertising without prior written approval from us
• Any content that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 or Consumer Protection Act, 2019

5. Payment Terms

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full before an advertisement goes live. We accept payment via:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) to UPI ID: 9946556202@okbizaxis
• Razorpay payment gateway (cards, net banking, UPI, wallets)

Your ad booking is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. We will send a confirmation via WhatsApp within 24 hours of verified payment. For UPI payments, please share the payment screenshot or transaction ID via WhatsApp to +91 70122 33696.

6. Ad Publication and Timeline

• Ads will go live within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment and receipt of approved ad creative
• Ad duration begins from the date the ad goes live, not the date of payment
• We will send you a confirmation screenshot of your live ad via WhatsApp
• If you have not provided ad creative within 7 days of payment, the booking period may commence from the date of payment at our discretion

7. Ad Creative and Content Approval

We provide basic ad design assistance for all packages. Final creative is subject to our approval. We reserve the right to edit ad copy for factual accuracy, grammar, or compliance with our publishing standards. Major content changes that alter the meaning of your advertisement will be done only with your approval. We are not responsible for errors in ad content that are present in materials you submit.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand, logo, and original content submitted for advertising purposes. By submitting ad content to us, you grant PalakkadNews.com a non-exclusive licence to publish, display, and distribute that content on our platforms for the agreed campaign duration. All original content created by us (articles, creatives, graphics) remains our intellectual property.

9. Performance and Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific levels of traffic, clicks, conversions, or business outcomes from advertising on our platforms. We provide honest audience data based on actual analytics and will share monthly reports. Actual results depend on many factors including your offer, market conditions, and ad creative quality.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, dotcompals and PalakkadNews.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our advertising services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for technical outages, server downtime, or third-party platform changes (such as Facebook or Google policy changes) that may affect your advertisement's reach.

11. Refunds and Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary: cancellations requested before an ad goes live are eligible for a partial refund. No refunds are available once an ad has been published and the campaign is running.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and Indian Contract Act 1872. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palakkad, Kerala, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
