Refund & Cancellation Policy

Key point: We offer fair refunds for cancellations made before your ad goes live. Once an advertisement is published and the campaign is running, refunds are not available. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment source.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all paid advertising services offered by PalakkadNews.com (operated by dotcompals), including website banner ads, social media posts, sponsored articles, business directory listings, and bundled packages across our network of websites and social media platforms.

2. Cancellation Before Ad Goes Live

If you wish to cancel your booking before your advertisement has been published:

3. No Refund After Ad Goes Live

Once your advertisement has been published on any of our platforms (website, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or Twitter/X), no refund will be issued for that portion of the campaign. This is because:

If an advertisement fails to go live due to a technical error on our side, or is incorrectly published (wrong dates, wrong platform, wrong creative), we will:
