According to the organisers, the camp will take place at the <strong>State Bank of India, Chittur branch premises, on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, from 10 am to 2 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Registration at the camp will be free. The standard subsidy is <strong>\u20b930,000 for a 1 kW system, \u20b960,000 for 2 kW, and \u20b978,000 for 3 kW or higher<\/strong>, subject to scheme conditions. Loan approval, repayment terms and eligibility remain subject to the bank\u2019s assessment and applicable conditions. The organisers say visitors can enquire at the camp about instalment-based financing options.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Residents Should Clarify Before Installation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Residents should request a written quotation showing the system capacity, total installation cost, expected generation, subsidy eligibility, warranty and maintenance arrangements.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A battery-free, grid-connected solar system generates electricity during daylight hours. At night, the household draws electricity from the grid.
